Dispatch Location

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Coolaroo, VIC 3048.

Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days after full payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During busy periods, sale events, courier delays, stock movement, or public holidays, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Bulky Item Deliveries

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery is generally to the address provided at checkout and may be limited to ground-floor access or the closest accessible point for the courier.

Couriers may not be able to carry bulky items upstairs, through narrow access points, inside the property, to a specific room, or to locations with restricted access.

Please ensure the delivery address is suitable for bulky item delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if redelivery, storage, address correction, or return-to-sender fees are charged by the courier, these costs may be passed on to the customer.

Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they may leave a card, attempt redelivery, deliver to a collection point, or contact you directly depending on their process.

Any redelivery, storage, depot collection, or return-to-sender charges applied by the courier may be the responsibility of the customer where the issue is caused by missed delivery, incorrect address, access restrictions, or failure to collect the order.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be eligible for authority to leave.

If you request or provide authority to leave, you accept responsibility for the order once the courier records the item as delivered.

Outdoor Storage Boxes is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, or damage after an order has been delivered according to the courier’s tracking or delivery confirmation.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you where available.

Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may take time to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us and we can assist with an enquiry.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Please include your order number and delivery address when contacting us.

We will do our best to assist with courier enquiries; however, courier delays can occur and may be outside our direct control.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order appears to be lost or has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].

For damaged deliveries, please provide:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the damaged product
  • a brief description of the issue

Please keep the product and packaging until we have reviewed the issue and provided further instructions.

We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange a suitable solution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
