Customers are responsible for following the assembly instructions provided with the product.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect assembly, failure to follow instructions, misuse, modification, improper installation, unsuitable placement, neglect, or damage caused after delivery.

7. Outdoor Use and Product Care
Our products are designed for outdoor storage use, but all outdoor products may be affected by weather, sunlight, moisture, location, maintenance, and general use over time.
Normal wear and tear, fading, weathering, natural timber movement, cosmetic changes, surface marks, and changes caused by outdoor exposure are not considered faults unless the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Customers are responsible for reasonable care, maintenance, placement, and protection of the product after delivery.

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or refund an order where:

- we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control

Additional costs caused by incorrect address details, missed delivery, redelivery, storage, return-to-sender fees, or access issues may be passed on to the customer.

14. Warranty
Outdoor Storage Boxes provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, subject to the terms of this section and our Return & Refund Policy.
This warranty applies to products used for normal household and domestic use only.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- fading, weathering, or cosmetic changes from outdoor exposure
- natural variations in timber, teak, grain, colour, texture, or finish
- damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, incorrect assembly, incorrect installation, or modification
- damage caused by extreme weather, storms, flooding, fire, impact, pests, or external events
- damage caused by failure to follow care, maintenance, assembly, or usage instructions
- commercial, industrial, hire, public, institutional, or high-traffic use unless agreed by us in writing
Warranty claims are subject to assessment. We may request photos, videos, further information, or return of the product for inspection.
Depending on the issue and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law, we may provide a repair, replacement part, replacement product, refund, store credit, or other remedy.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
